First explain the task clearly, and then complete it together.

Currently manual coordination via email is used. After clarifying the materials, products, responsible persons and feedback methods, start the first task.

  1. 01 · Receive intention and reply to confirm

Understand the major, works, time available, and tasks you wish to participate in; check any additional information via email.

  2. 02 · Agree on a clear task

Determine the title, material version, deliverables, author/editor and feedback time. Non-public material is provided with permission.

  3. 03 · Submit and review

Keep the source, modification basis and unconfirmed issues, and provide feedback from the author or editor before discussing revision and adoption.

  4. 04 · Record results and follow-up intentions

Confirm release scope, attribution, and version; public contributions require consent before discussing continued participation or other roles.

Start with a small task.

There is currently no active team, admitted members, or commitment schedule. Clear collaboration directions and participation paths are provided here; the actual work starts after receiving the intention, confirming the materials and the person in charge.

The intention to participate and the inclusion of public figures are handled separately. You can just participate in exchanges, or you can also contribute think tank content, book editing and professional opinions.
