Reading & Application / An Evidence-based Next Step
To understand stakeholder governance, we need to distinguish between facts, relationships and responsibilities. Use public teaching materials and existing cooperation profiles as examples, practice checking the source, time and applicable conditions, and then write your questions clearly.
To what time, institution and setting does the original work belong? Which ones are self-reported by the author, and which ones have independent sources?
Read the full guide →Public employment, historical experience, data citations and actual provision are understood separately.
View people and institutions →Knowledge consultation, research cooperation and corporate needs are sorted out separately, and there is no requirement to become a co-builder first.
Organize draft local requirements →01 / How to distinguish delivery
In the directory of WISERUNION, Products is a technical system that can be configured, deployed or accessed; Services is the diagnosis, design, coordination, implementation or operation of work performed by personnel; Solutions Combining one or more products and one or more services around an enterprise goal.
| Category | Priority Deliverables | Site example | Confirm before starting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Products | Software capabilities such as accounts, contributions, rights, governance and backend. | Enterprise Stakeholder Wallet and Governance Platform | Target roles, functional modules, deployment and interface scope. |
| Services | Governance model, role permissions, system and process documents, and implementation recommendations. | S03 Stakeholder governance design | Actual collaboration issues, existing rules, responsible persons, and required outcomes. |
| Solutions | Combined delivery of governance design, incentive models, software configuration and operations. | L08 Stakeholder Digital Governance Solution | How to coordinate the work of products and personnel, and how to accept each stage. |
Review the technical product first, then confirm the configuration, interfaces and necessary implementation work. Use existing business processes as the basis for product selection and acceptance.
View technical product catalog →First form a scope for discussion through personnel diagnosis, models or governance design, and then decide whether software is needed to support ongoing operations.
View 16 human services →Discuss the combination plan around business goals and list the responsibilities of the system, personnel work, cooperation entities and continued operations.
Compare combination options →02 / Stakeholder Governance
Stakeholder governance needs to answer three questions respectively: who did what, which rights and interests apply according to what rules, and who has the right to participate and make decisions. Contribution record Provide facts and verification basis, Equity rules Explain the applicable conditions and performance arrangements, Governance Rules Identify participation, authorization and decision-making processes. The software puts the confirmed rules into the business process, and personnel are responsible for design, confirmation and continuous review.
The research introduction on the site emphasizes: Contribution does not automatically constitute capital, capital does not automatically constitute ownership, and income rights do not automatically constitute governance rights. Actual participation requires going back to the corresponding systems, protocols, and authorizations; wallets or on-chain records alone cannot replace these arrangements.
03 / STO Securities Tokenization
This site discusses capital formation, holding and circulation, as well as corresponding systems and implementation conditions around the tokenization of STO securities. When entering into the project implementation, first sort out the assets, securities carrying and rights arrangements, and then organize the documents, issuance promotion, platform access and continuous operation. The technology platform provides system connections, and human services are responsible for structural design, coordination and promotion. The plan combines these tasks according to the enterprise stage.
Clarify the project or asset base, relevant entities, securities carrying and rights arrangements, and organize the documents and responsibilities that require coordination.
S07 STO structural design and issuance implementation →Confirm accounts, securities connections, transactions, DApps or backend modules according to business scenarios. The scope of technical access and other work shall be determined separately.
WBS Brokerage Platform → Enterprise customized STO and digital asset DApp →Projects, established industries, independent capital-platform development and existing listed entities begin from different positions and prerequisites.
Compare four types of STO solutions →When discussing STO implementation, corporate decisions, professional organization work, and platform access conditions should be confirmed separately. The scope and costs of structural design, system implementation, listing docking, liquidity operations and investor relations also need to be listed separately.
04 / Start with the question
First write down the business problem, existing foundation and required results clearly, and then select products, services or combination solutions. Only when the number of functions or directory names are put into actual scenarios can an executable delivery scope be formed.
What stage is the company in? What operational, collaboration, or capital issue are you looking to improve?
What business, assets, personnel, institutions, systems, channels and cooperation resources are there?
Do you need technical modules, professional deliverables or both? What should come first?
Who is responsible for rules, enforcement, professional advice and ongoing operations? How to check the results at each stage?
